Water

Post by wrackspurt » Mon Mar 10, 2008 7:22 pm

Does anybody else think it strange that Decay Resistance should be more important than Overall in making foods? I mean, since when does water decay anyway?

Likewise I got this Wild Rice with an overall of 1000, but it doesn't matter because the EP is only like 600 or so.

Oooh, yes. Unless the water is distilled it has a best-before date.

Whatever, do I smell a little philosopher here ;) :P

I understand why you need a Moisture Vaperator to get water on Tatooine, but on Naboo? Why cant I just get water out of one of the rivers or lakes?

Dude, fish have sex in the rivers and lakes. It's much safer to get your moisture from an evaporator.

Or there's that opening sequence from Jackie Chan's Tuxedo, the scene with the deer.

Well, DR only effects duration. PE and OQ are what effect the strength of the buff. DRs of 700 are usually good enough since most people max out nutritional value first.

Also, if you're harvesting solar power on Tatooine, shouldn't you get twice as much? :)

nah, it's all the sand blowing around messing up the unfiltered sunlight. Speaking of waterless tattoine, does anyone else remember using a flamethrower on a player there? Whooboy was that fun!

Ya mean, back when a flamethrower would give you an "on fire" DOT and you could remove it by running into water? Yeah, good times.
