What is the best polymer used in Chemical Reactive Units?

I have been making these but can never get a polymer that maxes out the green slot. What kind is best? Apparently having a polymer next to 1000 OQ doen't make a difference.
Thanks in advance :o

Firstly, welcome Arwenjinn to SWGCraft.
If you look at the schematic you will see it needs 2 other stats beside OQ to make a capped unit:
Overall Quality 33%
Shock Resistance 33%
Unit Toughness 33%
So all your ingredients must be high in all 3 categories to "max out" that component.
Good luck and have fun.

It's really going to depend on your server as to which polymer would work best for you. On the home page of the site is a search function to find resources. I would recommend you start there and type in 960 as the minimum value for OQ/SR/UT then go from there. (960 provided you have the "improve resource quality" maxed out in your expertice)

Carbinihicawium, Polymer (Entered by SWGCraft Parser)
DR=632 (63.2%), MA=1 (0.1%), OQ=992 (99.2%), SR=906 (90.6%), UT=787 (78.7%)

Took a quick look for you in the "Find Resources" function on the home page. This appears to be the best polymer with the highest overall average of the 3 stats. Its pretty old but you may find some for sale on the bazaar, good luck.

Im going to move this to the General Crafting Forum, since it is not a SWGAide issue.

Hi arwenjinn and vey much welcome around, great to see more new-comers here :D

You have got some help already, great job all. The problem seems to be that the scematic calls for 3 different stats. Not having in front of me, are all 3 in the same line? If so, tough luck, that is hard to come by. If not, select the line you want the most and concentrate on these stats first.

However, this is also a beginners question and one sentence made me shrug "maxes out the green slot". Please ignore those bars but have a look at the lower right section which reads all the numbers in detail.

Dare I refer you to the beginners guide in this forum board? As late as yesterday I polished on the paragraph about quality 8)

Greetings

Eventually you'll just know this stuff, but until then my site would probably help - http://traderswg.com.
