TC Hurlothrombic corrections

Noso (Test Center) Hurlothrombic Inert Gas does not appear in the resource deed. However, there is a duplicate entry in the SWGCraft db for Noso (Lowca). The Test Center version should be deleted.

The following Hurlothrombic Inert Gases listed for Test Center do not appear in the resource deed and should be deleted...

Odeite
Otrocrorhiv (this resource has a DR value that is out of range)
Oulaj

I have removed Noso, Odeite, and Oulaj from Test Center.
I was uncertain what you meant for Otrocrorhiv, should it be removed or is a stat wrong? If so, what is the stats for that resource?

It should be removed. I was just pointing out that it had a stat that was out of range, just in case someone recognized where it might belong. Sorry for the confusion.
