TC-22 Rifle stats question

What would be considered "Average DPS" for this Rifle?

It lists the "cap" at 1162, which in reality will mean a craft with "capping" resources will come out anywhere between 1135 and 1162.

I would be incredibly disappointed with anything less than 1150 dps, you would have to get a full set of "great" experimentations to get less than that with good resources.

While I agree about being disappointed, a full set of greats does, unfortunately, occur every once in a while...

Well for a start I would never accept a core with 3 "Great's" I would destroy it and start again.

I accept that in the final combine you don't have much say and 3 "Greats" are possible you do have total control over the subcomponents in that combine which is why anything short of 1150 DPS would be a huge disappointment.

I have built about 5 TC-22s and I am sure my worst was around 1153 DPS and I was somewhat rope-able by the end of that.
