broken link

I can't access the schematic for the Mark IV Droid Interface. I had filtered by structures traders and then by letter first if that helps.

Structures update timing?

Any word yet? I chose this side simply because there hadn't been a post in more than a month. I'm still on hiatus and following as closely as I can, but haven't seen anything yet.

Re: Resource Scanning

My method is similar to Z's I suppose, but I set up waypoints, and travel from one to another. I usually set up an inner circle and an outer circle in order to canvas as much of the planet as possible. Player cities are useful for these, especially the ones with shuttles, but having some out in the ...

I'm on hiatus because I just had a kid, but intend to come back in another month and half or so.

Zimoon wrote:Resources come and go with a lifetime of between 6 to 22 days, general Inorganics are generally 6 to 11 days while JTL resources are often up to 18 days. Organics have the lot between 6 to 22 days.
Not to be contrary but the JTL often go the full 22 days.

Re: not sure what to do with this anymore

There are recyclers for minerals, flora, and creature resources (and maybe others) that take any scrap of resource you've got and turn it into a plain-named inferior resource. They've got 200 across all stats and are called "Recycled Ore" or something like that. They're useful for the amounts that c...

Re: Multiple planet resource additions...

The "easy" way of doing multi-planet resource additions does not allow for things like this, unfortunately. The "easy" way -> http://swgcraft.co.uk/dev/testfile.php (The page doesn't do anything, only interesting part is the planet selection). It will require a base planet (That is why you can't ch...

Re: not sure what to do with this anymore

so wait... lemme get this right... Rori Wild Milk (Odoom) will last only so long and then its gone forever and be replaced with a new name? OMG.. this is gonna get complicated That's exactly what will happen. The resource class will be the same, but the name and stats will change. Spawns last anywh...

Just a little thing

You guys do a great job with the site. I'd like to see a way to add a resource to more than one planet at a time... maybe check boxes on the edit resource page. For those of us who update by hand for lack of technical expertise, it would be a lot simpler than having to type in the name and choose th...

30k crates

Just got mine and I do not want to waste it. I want to use it to update this site. At what point can I see the stats? I go into say inorganic, metal, non-ferrous, steel, carbonite, and then the last name on the list is the newest carbonite steel. If I click OK here, do I get the resource or does it ...

RE v. Crafted

I've been looking at spaceTribe and I'm just having a little difficulty reading their chart. Can someone tell me what crafted parts are on par with or better than REd ones? Thanks.

Re: 3/3 Sampling Expertise Macro Help

You have to include the sample command in your macro... for instance /sample /pause 3 /ui default /pause 3 /macroname. You still stand, and drift about 50m forward in 6 hours, but it seems to rate nearly 20% better than 2/3 boxes. As for avoiding aggro, point yourself between gorups and you'll usual...

Rancor unlocked

It's old news for anyone checking out the BM forum on the SOE site, but Gisele of Starsider unlocked rancor. Or claims to have, anyway. Just thought some people might look here and not there.

Re: Returned to SWG - few questions

Grinding structures actually takes around 6 hours (not quite, but almost) if you have the resources, which costs money or they need to be given to you. Then you can respec to whichever type of trader you like and still be level 90. You won't learn the trade that way, but it will get you there fast. ...
